Orders paid before 12:00 PM AEST (Mon–Fri) are dispatched the same day. Payments made via direct bank deposit must clear before shipping.

1.2 Standard Shipping

- Flat rate: $16
- Australia Post offers next-business-day delivery within their Express Network
- Orders must be placed before 12 PM AET/AEDT for same-day dispatch
- Orders placed after cut-off, on weekends, or on public holidays ship the next business day
Once Australia Post receives your parcel, they are responsible for meeting their delivery guarantees. We are not liable for delays caused by postal services.
2. Shipping Restrictions – Dangerous Goods
Some products—such as gas-filled lighters or butane—are classified as Dangerous Goods. These:
- Cannot be shipped via Express Post or air mail
- Cannot be delivered to parcel lockers
- Must be shipped via road freight (StarTrack)
Depending on your order, dangerous goods may ship separately or via road express (still faster than standard delivery). Pickup bookings for dangerous goods occur at 12 PM daily; orders made after this cutoff ship the next business day.
3. Accurate Delivery Information
Please ensure your address and recipient name are correct. If the parcel is undeliverable, you will need matching ID to collect it from the post office.
4. Incorrect or Wrong Address
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or typo, the customer is responsible for paying the reshipping fee. We ship orders exactly as the address appears on your order—please double-check before confirming.
5. Package Marked as Delivered
If tracking shows your order as delivered but you didn’t receive it, please contact your local post office or courier.
Once a parcel is marked delivered, we are no longer responsible for the package.
6. Return to Sender
If your parcel is returned because:
- It was not collected, or
- Address details were incorrect
We will contact you upon receiving it back. If this was our or the courier’s error, we will reship for free.
If it was due to customer error, reshipping fees apply.
